Contents of Agreement
1. The City of Yokohama will offer technical advice in
promoting eco-city development of the City of Cebu.
2. The Parties will encourage participation of the private sector
and academic organizations.
3. The Parties will take actions to obtain cooperation of the
governments of both countries and international
organizations.
4. The Parties will disclose and exchange information which is
essential to implement the above collaboration effectively.
