ISS Facility Services is one of the world’s largest facility servicescompanies. ISS is the largest provider of cleaning services globally and inAustralia. For more than 70 years, ISS has continually raisedthe standard for cleaning services throughout the world. ISS Security is the second largest provider of security services inAustralia. Core Services for the Security division include generalsecurity guarding, emergency response, consulting services,operational risk management, development and implementation ofsafety plans and a focus on service supply to the Australian Aviationand Maritime Security Sector.

ISS Security is a major player in the Aviation Sector servicing 70%of Australian airports, some of which include Perth, Adelaide andBrisbane. Services provided incorporate passenger and baggagescreening, air-side patrols and frieght screening. ISS Securityremains aware of important factors including relationship buildingwith customers, experienced and competent supervisors andmanagement of ISS’ most important resource: personnel.

ISS Facilities Management Services is a division which providesa management structure and operational solutions with amanagement team to cater for any facility service requirement aclient might have.One of ISS’ highest profile contracts in the Facility Managementdivision is with Amcor in South Australia. ISS supplies the companywith a substantial workforce on a 24-hour roster to manage andoperate a large bottle manufacturing facility, which produces over1.2 million bottles a day.

ISS Grounds and Maintenance Services is a growing division withinthe company and currently has 160 staff operating in NSW andVictoria. Providing services for internal plants and floristry as wellas strong experience base in landscaping design, construction andmaintenance, ISS is well set-up to provide full grounds services forcorporate customers. Specific services provided include Broad acremowing, turf construction and maintenance, high quality gardenmaintenance and herbicide.ISS Grounds and Maintenance Services provides services to suchclients as The City of Melbourne, ING and the Department ofDefence. As part of Route Based Services, ISS Pest Control enjoys nationalcoverage and provides preventative and reactionary services for alarge commercial and domestic base. Service range includes controlof common pests and rodents, termite inspection and treatment andferal bird control.ISS Pest Control supplies services to business-to-business customerswith major sites including the Accor Group and the Star City CasinoHotel in Sydney. Flick Pest Control, a subsidiary of ISS, providesdomestic services to over 51,000 homes across Australia andpossesses a reliable and well-known brand name that is renownedfor quality service and staff development.

ISS Washroom Services is one of only two national providers for thisservice in Australia. With a business-to-business customer base of28,000, ISS is continually looking for a more advanced product rangeand efficiency to provide services for its customers.
