MSANA Special Board Meeting Mar 26, 2014

Board members in attendance: Nicole Green, Erika Wilson, Scott Vala, Meghan Humphreys, Jonathan
Brandt, Daniel Portis-Cathers, Patrick Fuller
Other neighborhood members in attendance: John Green
Meeting started at 6:23 p.m.
Neighborhood goals Erika created a matrix of activities, goals, who will champion the effort, and
resources needed . All board members will have an opportunity to review the goals and suggest
changes via Google Docs.
Emergency preparedness workshops April 5, Brentwood Darlington Community Center asking for
$100 to support putting on these events. Many neighborhood venues are offering the space for free.
The City has a budget that is supporting this programs refreshments, prizes, other items.
Scott motioned that we allocate $100 to this project. Nicole seconded. All voted in favor.
Kickball tournament
Erika wrote a Community Engagement Grant to use neighborhood kickball games between the
neighborhood associations.
Jonathan moved to submit the grant and contributing $50 to the project. Scott seconded, and all voted
in favor.
