INTRODUCTION

The following work has as objective to present the reader important information about
professional needs in the educational environment, explaining a group of abilities and
knowledge that the professional needs, and also presents the description of each of this.

2) Descriptions of all those professionals competencies of those graduate
students

The student must have the ability to innovate: That mean that the professional
have to offers originals ideas, to be creative and the capacity to thing in the future
being proactive.
To work in team: A professional must give help with attitude positive to all
associate, prioritizing the main activities to get best results. To developed
relationships it others, interact and be more visible to others people.
To be proactive: It is the aptitude to take decisions to foresee what can happen,
also to take the responsibility of actions what happen at one time, and think how
to do an what to do.
Analytical skills: It is the ability to understand to analyze any information, to
resolve troubles to argue and explain what decision to take adequately.
Ability to direct: It is the capability to lead, to integrate in team to a group and
generate authority, values is very important to this in any atmosphere.
The communications skills: that means to transfer information in correct way, to
give opinions and suggestionsresponsible. A professional must be confidence, to
convince others.
Autonomy: It is the capacity to do a task from start to finishwithout receiving help
from other. To take decision by himself.
To learn anther language: Is an advantage because every time the world is more
globalized, and companies need people trained in languages to make business
easier.
To learn technology: The computer is an integral tool for a professional so it is
important to use a computer; otherwise it would be a problem, thus the basic
knowledge and advanced technology will be a huge advantage.

To have the ability to be leader: It is the ability to guide a group and the ability
ro influence to the persons, which is the reference within a group, is who
anticipates changes and give the example.
