preference

• If none is available, our representatives will endeavour to find a resort

or date closest to your preference

• Once you have resort availability, pay your usage* and

Xchange fee* to confirm your booking, if you have not done so

*Note: When going back to QVI Club Home Resorts, you pay only usage fee; when
xchanging to another resort in XchangeWorld, you pay both usage & xchange fees)
 How do I utilise my holiday week?
• Holiday week entitlement is to be utilised within the original year of
occupancy

• To save or carry forward the week for future use, settle your usage
fee within the occupancy year (by 31 December of that year)

• Member needs to utilise the week within 2 years from the usage fee
paid date otherwise week will be forfeited
 How do I utilise my holiday week?
