Guys you are not serious on corruption! can we brainstorm and come up with an appropriate mechanism for citizen arrest? for example l travel from Nakuru to Nairobi almost daily and witness on day to day basis traffic cops at naivasha, Kinale past rukuma and near kamandura blatantly taking bribes we should start by sending the traffic boss packing
