What are the employers?
Our client owns 4 care homes (3 near London and 1 at 3 hours away from London, all in
urban areas) for elderly people care, who are often unwell, or adults who have learning
disabilities (mental or physical).

What are the Job Requirements?

To have at leat 6 month exeperience or education in any of the following domains:
elderly care, auxiliary nurse in hospital, care giver for children with disabilities, social
worker etc.
To speak English at a conversational level
To be a pleasant, motivated and communicative person
There are also opportunities for those who do not have relevant experience or training
BUT they must have very good English and have a driving licence. For further

What is the Job Description of a carer?

To be part of the team, whose aims are to ensure that residents nursing, personal and
psychological needs are met on a daily basis.
To help promote as much personal and physical independence and choice as possible, in
the activities of daily living undertaken by the residents within the Nursing Home.

To participate in the basic nursing care of the residents, under the supervision of trained
staff, e.g. bed-bathing, pressure area care, mouth care, eye care.
To assist the residents with their toileting needs.
To help in the serving of meals and drinks, feeding those residents who are unable to feed
themselves and ensuring that each resident receives the meal or diet that he/she has
requested and is suitable for his/her needs.
Maintain confidentiality regarding residents particulars. Assist in activities within the
Home.
Undertake any other duties as required in order to keep the Nursing Home running
smoothly, as delegated by the trained nursing staff or Home Manager.

What are the Benefits?

Full time contract with minimum 37,5 hours and lots of overtime potential
Gross salary 6.9 si 7 /ora (1047 - 1058 NET per month)
2 weeks of free accommodation*
100 present at your arrival in the UK*
Assistance provided in order to get accommodation (the employer helps you with the first
month rent and deposit which will deduct from your first 3-4 salaries)
Assistance in getting accommodation in case you want to bring your family
Assistance in getting the National Insurance Number (NINo)
Minimum Net Savings (after tax) / month, based on hours per week

*Dedutable form your salary if you leave the employer within 18 months
From this amount, you have to deduct the accomodation costs (around 250/month)

How much money will I need?

Initial money required (in British Pounds) is:

One way plane ticket: 80 (approximately)
First months spending money before obtaining the first salary: 100
