the principles of design as I laid them out. I also tried to set
this up in a way that ft the project requirements. I then used
my favorite sketch to create a layout in InDesign, this digital
copy was fun. I took a few diferent words or statements and
arranged them in size and location to modify hierarchy. I also
took into account things like keeping it asymmetrical as well as
balanced. I kept contrast in mind to create my focal point. I was
given the image and logo for this assignment, I did not create
them.

to keep, afer that I took a good look at some diferent ideas
on the topic. I was interested to see the best way to arrange
diferent things. I did not want this to fop in anyway. Afer
getting all the images I had to arrange them in a way that made
sense, there are so many ways it could have gone but this was
the best, keeping in mind white space and centering, which
I have noted tend to be my weakest points. I was determined
to not have that problem this time around. Afer arranging
I followed a very helpful tutorial, thank you. Ten I applied
lessons learned, chose font and saved/printed per provided
instructions.

many diferent methods) I distorted the square afer using the
pathfnder window to cut my lines into the square (this was
afer I converted them to shapes obviously) once they were cut
I had to ungroup, work with my direct selection tool a bit and
then delete all but one little eighth of it. I then refected and
mirrored this around until logo one was done, grouping them
and fnishing brand mark. fnally I chose fonts for it.

there had to be layout sketches, or wireframe. None of these
really came to me very easily. once that process was over I
had to go get a little bit of learning in Word (installing it and
everything) and try and fgure out how to use the program.
Once fnished it was all over but the crying. Ten I arrange my
ideas and got cirtiques (which were very helpful.
