Dear Judge Hazel:
I am writing to request a quick hearing on violations of Judge Grimm's Management
Order prohibiting the Defendants from engaging in "impertinent, scandalous and ad
hominem attacks on any party, any Judge, or employee of this or any court, or any
other person." As noted in yesterday's request for permission to file a Preliminary
Injunction, I raised the issue of harm to my family and me from continued attacks by
the Defendants.
Within hours of filing that document, Defendant Walker responded by tweeting a
link to a video on YouTube that he was involved with creating that called me a
murderer and pedophile all set to music with little girls in a bathtub etc.

tweet. The video has my photo superimposed on what is commonly known as a
PedoBear outfit and Defendant Walker tweeted that I am less than honest and "into
teenage poon ..... The video also includes a photo of William Schmalfeldt in a
PedoBear oufit. Mr. Schmalfeldt is a journalist who has a case pending before Judge
Hollander against Defendant Hoge for defamation.
Defendant Walker also tweeted, "BREAKING:Brett Kimberlin forges another
document," which links to a blog post by Defendant William Hoge which falsely
accused me of forgery. Mr. Walker then posted an article on his blog, which falsely
states that I forged a document filed in a copyright case pending before Judge Titus,
Kimberlin v. Thomas, eta!. 8-13 CV02580 RWT.

base these false allegations on a pleading I filed in the copyright case where I posted
a copy of a envelopes I sent to the two defendants, Lynn Thomas and Peter Malone,
which were returned unclaimed. These Defendants, as well as Walker and Hoge
falsely claim that I did not check the restricted delivery box prior to sending the
envelopes. This is an outright falsehood. Fortunately, because of the Defendants'
many false allegations against me, I took photos of the envelopes prior to sending
them and they clearly show the restricted box checked, and I have provided those to
Judge Titus concurrently with this filing.

Judge Grimm was faced with t!:listype of malicious conduct months ago by the
Defendants and that is why he issued the Management Order and clearly told the
Defendants not to engage in these types of attacks against me or anyone else.
Unfortunately, Defendants Walker and Hoge have not simply continued their attacks
but have actually increased them in order to inflict maximum harm on my family
and me, to try their case in blog court and to potentially poison a jury pool.
Incredibly, despite my entreaties, none of the other attorneys for the represented
Defendants have done anything to reign in the conduct of Walker, Hoge and some
others. They must know that such conduct does not help their clients but they
remain silent because it causes me greater harm and harassment
Defendants Walker and Hoge have repeatedly, blatantly and maliciously violated
Judge Grimm's Management Order. To make matters worse, Defendant Walker is a
member of the Virginia and DCbars. Therefore, his violation of a court order
warrants very severe action including a referral to the bar.
Please set a quick hearing on is request and order the presence of Defendants
Walker and ge.
