    Callus induction media and their compositions (Per one litre of medium)

    1) MS1 (Modified Shivakumar et al, 2010)


    MS salts - 4.4g
    2, 4-D - 2.5mg
    Kinetin - 500mg
    Proline - 2.5mg
    Casein Hydrolysate - 300mg
    Sucrose - 30g
    Gelrite - 3g
    pH - 5.8
