Ketu is known as Dhwajah- flag.

It's association with in

dignity with a planet has the capacity to boost it's
capabilities- good or bad beyond recognition for lotteries and
windfall. Ketu in conjunction with a benefic can give beyond
your wildest expectations.

2nd house indicates accumulated wealth.. Ketu represents
flag and therefore height..if a beneficial planet for the chart
together with ketu is located in its own sign in this house it
shows that the native will have immense wealth..

If Ketu is with a benefic planet the qualities of that house are
empowered. If they are in the sign the planet rules, extremes
of wealth are possible, especially in the maha dasha of Ketu.
For example, if Ketu is in the second house with Jupiter it
gives wealth. But, it gives extremes of wealth if Ketu and
Jupiter are in Sagittarius or Pisces. This becomes activated
when Ketus maha dasha begins. At the end of the seven-
year Ketu cycle all the gains during this cycle can be lost.

Planets conjunct Ketu will be exaggerated in an unusual
way. The exaggeration is due to a sense of lack that is
overcompensated.

In another place he wrote "We have also found the 11th
place [sign counted as a house] from Fortune to be an
acquisitive place, a bestower of belongings and goods, and
especially when benefics are upon it or are testifying
[aspecting]."

Ketu means a flag. It has the power to boost up the effects of
strong planets with which it is conjoined. A planet in its own
sign or exalted conjoined with Ketu gains considerable
power. Venus in the second house in Libra conjoined with
Ketu, for example, will give wealth or talent. With Mars in
Scorpio in the third, Ketu can give great military prowess.
Rahu can also function in this way but to a lesser degree.
