The Center is equipped with cutting-edge technology: a 4T fMRI equipment.
CIMeC focuses its investigation of human cognition on the range of the
neurosciences spectrum, from neuroimaging to computer science; from
psychology to basic and clinical cognitive neuropsychology.
Research at CIBIO covers a number of topics emphasizing experimental
analysis at the various levels of biological organization, and roughly focuses on
three major research programmes:
1. Neurobiology programme
2. Oncology programme
3. Microbiology and Synthetic Biology programme
The School of International Studies (SIS) is the only Graduate School of
International Studies in Italy offering advanced courses for students who have
completed a three-year undergraduate degree.

PhD programmes
The start date of lectures may be different depending on the
department, normally international undergraduate and master
students are required to arrive in Trento at the beginning of
September.
