Custom Multimedia
This document establishes a legally binding business contract between __________________________ of
__________________________ (company position: __________________________) and HighTech Telecom, Inc.,
for services that include the following:

A non-programmed index1 or introductory1 web page of clients choice similar to and/or in the genre of and/or
arrangement of the page indicated above (yet within this contracts guidelines) and at the URL of the clients choice 2.
2. Three additional non-programming-intensive 3 linked pages.
3. __________________________________________________________________________________________

One original HighTech Telecom, Inc., graphic design of clients choice as indicated above includes one
free minor revision4 or redesign 4 of said original HighTech Telecom, Inc., graphic design. All extra
graphic design or production will incur additional charges. A graphic prototype is subject to approval by:

________________________________________________through a handwritten signature by said person signifying

final print or other permanent production should occur with no further corrections, adaptations or editing.
4. An e-commerce package of the clients choice with customization that includes the following:
A database file appropriate to the e-commerce package chosen which contains company products featured as stated in
the Business or Commerce or Enterprise packages explained on the Internet at http://www.hightechtelecom.biz. This
contract is for a Business / Commerce / Enterprise package (PLEASE CIRCLE ONE).
5. And these additional services requested by client (if any):

NOTE: The above signature indicates approval of final fulfillment and approval of HighTech Telecom, Inc., and approves of the
final printing and/or other production to occur with no further corrections, adaptations or editing.
1 Introductory or Index web page defined: The introductory page viewed when the clients URL is initially visited.
2 It will be the customer's responsibility to re-register the following web site: ________________________ before the yearly expiration
and keep up to date on his/her monthly hosting charges that are required for the web site to be accessible.
3"Non-programming intensive" web page defined: Means pages that have little or no ASP, PHP, PERL, CGI, JavaScript or other
programming or scripting languages.
4 Only one revision or redesign of page layout of clients original choice is allowed in this contract free of charge. Major redesigns are
NOT allowed and the definition of major is determined by the professional opinion of Sathiya Raj, President and CEO of
High Tech Telecom, Inc., and/or authorized employees and/or subcontractors.
5 No negative and/or photo scanning and/or image manipulation is included with the aforementioned index and 3 addition pages, but an
agreed upon amount of negative and/or photo scanning and/or image manipulation can be negotiated in exchanged for (i.e. in place of ) this
graphic design offer. Agreed upon exchange must be listed in the And these additional services requested by client (if any) section above.
