Scott McDonnell is the Dane County Clerk. The plaintiffs-
appellees named him in his official capacity as a defendant in the
action from which this appeal has been filed. But his interests are
aligned with the plaintiffs-appellees, not with the co-defendants who
have brought this appeal.

Mr. McDonnell does not intend to file a brief in this matter but wishes
to state for the record that he does not appeal the injunction against
him entered by the district court. He stands ready to follow the
district courts injunction and opposes all arguments of the co-
defendants-appellants to the contrary.
