Counsel,

The Malheur County DA will be filing a motion in limine to restrict any argument regarding the
use of County General Funds. The Statute is clear that the remedies for a RICO conviction
include treble fines, forfeiture of all proceeds of the enterprise, and recovery of prosecution
costs.
