ON THE ROAD TO ELECTION DAY
MAY 10, 2014
ECWA took the elections to the stakeholders with the
support of EmpowerLA, Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza
and the Crenshaw Farmers Market.

We were able to double our voter turnout from 2012!

Our Pollworkers!
Earlez Grille was the perfect way
to say, "Thank You," to our voters
and volunteers. The community
was happy to see Earlez back at
it. The local eaterie closed in
September 2013 when the Metro
Crenshaw/LAX construction
purchased & demolished its
former location.

The Leimert Park 7/11 owner brought
his employees to vote and provided
pizza for stakeholders and volunteers!

was redeemed for their meal.

Active Election Outreach increased ECWAs Mailing list names, increased
meeting attendance and improved our visibility.

The Crenshaw Famers Market setting was a
glimpse of our Los Angeles: culturally and
economically diverse stakeholders,
communing together during perfect weather,
supporting local small businesses while
participating in civic engagement.
