Dear Participants of eRA-9,

Welcome to eRA-9 International Scientific Conference. The program of
this conference includes over 120 presentations in several sessions.
We decided this time to have also some parallel sessions in order to
have maximum gain for every participant, saving time for everyone.
The sessions are referred to Science, Economy, Technology and
Education. Dynamics of eRA series of conferences tend to have positive
quality derivatives due to Archimedes III research program. Many
younger researchers are presenting their work and valuable
contributions are added to the sessions.
I think that eRA-9 proves that research and international collaboration
may give positive feedback to the society and push researchers to work
harder. The first International Week of T.E.I. of Piraeus is programmed
in the same days and this gives synergistic gain to both events.

The Conference Chair
Prof. D. I. Tseles
