The Communist Party of the Philippines extends its warmest greetings to Comrade Kim JongIl, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the National DefenseCommission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) and respectedleader of the Korean people on his birthday on 16 February.
