When organising a Ministerial-led event overseas, Enterprise Ireland books the required flights with commercial airlines as early as
possible with a view to securing the optimum flights in terms of timings and cost.  Where possible, refundable flights are booked so that
no charge or at least a minimal charge is incurred if they are changed/cancelled.  We cancel the flights if/when we are advised that the
Government jet is being used.
