Plaintiff,
TRACIE HUNTER,
Defendant,
Comes the Affiant, Kimberly Whitehead, after having been duly sworn, and states as
follows,
1. I served as a juror on the Judge Tracie M. Hunter criminal case.
2. I am making this affidavit on my own behalf, under no influence by anyone. I contacted
Attorney Clyde Bennett by email and advised him that my true and accurate verdict to
Count Six of the indictment was" not guilty."
3. The verdict read in open court on October 14, 2014 was not my true verdict. If I would
have been asked in open court that day if it was my verdict I would have said "no".
4. On October 10,2014, I replied" yes" when questioned by the court. I also signed the
verdict form. I did so because I was pressured into doing so, particularly by the jury
foreman. I did not believe the evidence presented at trial had anything to do with the
charge in count six of the indictment. I am stating that " guilty" for count six was not my
verdict. My true verdict for count six was" not guilty".
