REPOSITIONING YOURSELF FOR A GREAT

FLIGHT THIS YEAR

Isaiah 43:18, 19; 42:9; 46:10-11
Many people have made tremendous success last year that has just ended. Some have had
serious failures that are quite regrettable. Others made no tangible motion of any kind.

To those that set their year before the Lord, and also followed Him bomber to bomber,
God has brought them into humanly impossible successes. To God be all the glory.

This year is going to be awaresome to many people. Some that have overcome the days
of trials will be put into positions of honor; some that have been faithful to God in their
little divine assignment will be promoted to a higher position in the kingdom of God,
many others who have never seen the need to respect the ordinances and covenants of
God will be left in stagnation. The two factors that will be used to determine the
promotion or demotion of anyone this very year are “Faithfulness” and “Honesty”
(Daniel 6:1-3; Acts 6:1-3; Exodus 18:13-21; Matthew 25:14-30).

It will be needful for us all to reposition ourselves for the move of God this year, if we
will ever attain the pace that God has designed for us as we have broken into this year.

How can we reposition ourselves?

1. Return to the drawing board with God (Joshua 7:1-13).

So many people have lost sense of where they are going in life. Some have lost the vision
that was given to them by God. When vision is lost, misery is inevitable. Vision of divine
agenda or goals keeps your life organized.

Vision is the divine picture of an enviable future revealed by God to an individual

concerning his/her life. It is then the responsibility of the individual to strategize with
God on a round table with a drawing board on how to get there.

If you miss the road toward your future, the best advice for you is to go back to your
drawing board with God, asking Him out: “Lord, where I’m I missing it?”

2. Therefore, consult God for the way forward. You may not have necessarily miss your
way, but remember that every season has its own strategy (2 Samuel 2:1-4; 5:17-25;
Isaiah 45:11). If I may ask; have you made your reservation with the Lord for your flight
this year? Have you settled it out with the Lord on the deals of this year?

3. Recognize your place of error, if any, and repent before the Lord, and cry out for any
of the following essential factors that could be missing in your life:
a. Grace for followership to God
b. The wisdom of God that never fails (Mark 6:2; Daniel 5:11, 12)
c. Humility (Psalm 25:9)
d. The fear of God (Psalm 25:12-14)
e. Ability to trust God enough (Psalm 21:1-7)

4. Engage the gear of obedience (Deuteronomy 28:1, 2; 32:10)
