Inquisiq EX™ is a simple to use but powerful learning management system that gives
you the ability to deliver SCORM-compliant content in both public and private forums. It
is a straightforward, robust solution that uses a wizard-based interface that allows you to
organize catalogs, review reports, issue certificates and sell your content using a variety
of e-commerce solutions.

Inquisiq EX™ is offered in both hosted and installed solutions to best meet your
particular needs.

Hosted Solution
The Inquisiq hosted solution allows you to completely outsource the LMS function to ICS
Learning Group. It is a pay-as-you-go solution based on the number of user accounts in
the system. A $150 initial setup fee is all that is required to get your account up and
running and there is no long term commitment required.

Pricing includes unlimited number of branded instances of Inquisiq EX™ although there
is a $150 one-time setup fee per instance. Branded instances allow you to have multiple

Pricing also includes phone and email technical support from 9 am to 5 pm EST Monday
through Friday (except holidays). This support is restricted to a designated set of your
technical support staff and does not include end-user support.

With the hosted solution you will also get the benefit of receiving all Inquisiq software
upgrades automatically at no extra charge.

Installed Solution
Inquisiq EX™ can also be purchased for installation on your server. This option can be
more economical over longer time periods, especially for large user populations. It can
also provide a solution for situations where the application must run behind a firewall or
in a more controlled network environment.

The installed solution is now also available in two versions depending on the number of
user accounts required. The lower cost version accommodates up to 5000 users while
the standard version can be used for an unlimited number of user accounts.

We also offer optional technical support and software maintenance plans.

The technical support plan offers you email and phone support between the hours of
9:00am and 5:00pm EST Mondays though Friday (except for holidays). The software
maintenance plan will give you access to all software updates and new versions as they
become available.

Please note that ICS Learning Group also offers web hosting to those who want the cost
benefits of purchasing the installed solution but would like ICS to provide the associated
web hosting.

The Inquisiq EX Managed Shared Server is replicated to a standby server. In the case that the
main server fails, the standby server will be activated to ensure minimal downtime. By selecting
the Managed Shared option, you application will be installed within this configuration and will
benefit from the enhanced redundancy.
