ON MARCH 3, 4pm:
1) One (1) clean softbound copy (do not use ring-binders) should be
submitted to your Research Adviser, regardless of the state of correction
your paper is in. This is equivalent to 2% of your 4th Quarter Grade.
2) “Thank you” letter to non-PSHS research supervisor/ consultant/ institute
that includes the following:
• Cover letter: signed by all members of the team
• Copy of your final abstract
• Copy of your acknowledgement page that mentions the supervisor/
consultant/ institution
• One stamped, long envelope with the addressee
NOTE: Letters may be sent by email BUT copy furnish your STR2 teacher
ON MARCH 8, 10am:
1) Electronic (clean) Copy of the paper should be submitted via e-mail to
your Research Adviser, regardless of the state of correction your paper is
in. This is equivalent to 2% of your 4th Quarter Grade.
2) One (1) Hardbound Copy and two* (2) soft-bound copies of the paper,
provided that the teacher has approved the paper for binding. Note that
your teacher has the prerogative to reject bound copies that have not been
approved for binding. An accepted bound copy submitted on time is
equivalent to 3% of your 4th Quarter Grade.
* If the paper is approved for binding before March 3, then only one
more copy is needed.
• Print on Laser-jet (preferred), dot-matrix (acceptable) or photocopy
• Use short, white bond paper
• May include colored pictures & graphs (if applicable)
Hardbound copy: Black cover with silver print
Softbound copies: Acetate cover to display the cover page; white binder with black
back cover
Signed “Consent for Publication of Research Paper” Form (one per member);
One loose copy submitted to Ms. Limpin; all soft-bound copies should have a
copy of the signed forms included
