It means to be helpful & confident about the future.
Optimism is positive expectancy. It creates, it develops
positive outlook, positive mental attitude to expect
good in the things that happen.

Discipline
It is the training of the MIND, refining of
CHARACTER, exhibition of OBEDIENCE to produce
self control. It is to have self control, to bring a
condition of order and obedience.

To be competent means to have the necessary skills or
knowledge to do something, to achieve something.
Developing competence is the capacity building

Persistent
It is the continuing action to do something, in spite of
difficulties, obstruction, opposition. It is the action of
not giving up. No way giving up, no question of giving
up, barriers, hard less are sure to be encountered on the
path of success but never give up.
