MADIGAN AND LEMMOND ENDORSE MARINO FOR CONGRESS

Towanda PA- Retired State Senators Charles Lemmond (R-Luzerne County) and Roger
Madigan (R-Bradford County) have enthusiastically endorsed Tom Marino in his
campaign for United States Congress in the 10th Congressional District. They both cited
his extensive experience as a prosecutor, common-sense conservative message, and
ability to defeat liberal Chris Carney in November as reasons for their support.

“I have known Tom since his days as Lycoming County District Attorney. I have always
been impressed with his honesty, integrity, and strong work ethic. I can not think of a
better qualified man to serve as our next United States Congressman than Tom Marino,”
said Roger Madigan. “He understands the issues that are important to people in this area.
He has strong positions on agriculture, jobs, and taxes. I am proud to support him,” added
Madigan.

“Mr. Marino is the most qualified candidate for Congress. During his time as a
prosecutor he earned a reputation as a tough as nails crime fighter. His message of lower
taxes, less government, a strong national defense, and traditional values is catching on
with voters throughout this region. I look forward to joining him on the campaign trail,”
stated Lemmond.

“I am honored and humbled to have received the support of Senator Lemmond and
Senator Madigan. These two men served this Commonwealth with great distinction. I
will not let these two fine public servants down,” remarked Marino.

Tom Marino is a Republican candidate for United States Congress in the 10th District of
Pennsylvania. The district includes all of Bradford, Montour, Northumberland, Pike,
Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Union, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties and parts of
Lackawanna, Luzerne, Lycoming, and Tioga Counties.
