the Upper East Side market. Data is from Feburary 2008, 2009, and 2010. Overall, the volume of trans-
actions this last month have increased since February 2009 but have not yet returned to February 2008
levels, with the exception of Yorkville which had 17.3% more closings this year than February 2008. While
