Top 3 Techniques I Use To Astral Project with
Success

Astral Projection Techniques
• I first learnt about astral projection two
years ago. It seemed a very interesting
experience so I tried to find all the possible
information about the subject, specially
how I could astral project, which were the
best astral projection techniques I could
use.
Astral Projection Techniques
• After this two years of practicing astral
projection I have five preferred techniques.
Of course I don’t say this ones are the
best astral travel techniques, there is a
wide range of available ones that may be
are better than the techniques I personally
use, but I have obtained great results with
them. I would recommend the following
three.
Astral Projection Techniques
• 1. Rope Technique

• This one is the first technique I used after reading a book from
Robert Bruce, Mastering Astral Projection. It is a good way to start
because it is one of the easiest techniques around.
• You must imagine a Rope hanging from your ceiling. After that you
must pull yourself up the rope, hand over hand, feeling vibrations
start and then you will start to feel paralyzed. The key is to continue
concentrated, climbing the rope. Then you will feel coming out of
you body in the direction of the rope.
• It was a great technique for my first experiences with astral
projection because visualization is not necessary, you don’t need to
visualize the rope, in fact, you should not try to visualize it because
visualization wastes mental energy. A good way to achieve that is
imaging you are climbing the rope in the
dark.

• 2. Monroe’s Technique

• Robert Monroe’s technique consists of seven steps which I will try to

summarize.
• First Step: Monroe’s opinion is that relaxation should be the first
step of an out of body experience.
• Second Step: You should enter a state of near sleep. He does not
recommend a particular method of achieving this but there are some
popular methods. If you try to fall asleep with your forearm up.
When you fall asleep, your arm will fail and you will wake up again.
• Third Step: It is important in this step to go deeper into the state you
finished step two, only looking at the blackness in front of you and
entering a deeper state where you loose awareness of your body
and all your senses.

2. Monroe’s Technique (cont)

• Fourth Step: This is considered by Monroe the most important part.

You should enter a state of vibration,
• Fifth Step: In this step, you have to learn to control that vibrational
state, making the vibrations flow throughout your entire body, and
producing vibrational waves from head to foot. At this point you are
ready to leave your body.
• Sixth Step: This step consists on a partial separation of your body,
beginning to explore the Out of Body Experience by releasing a
hand or a foot of the “second body”.
• Seventh step: In the last step, you achieve the complete separation,
completely dissasociating from your body. Monroe suggests two
methods, one is called the “lift out” and the other “roll-out”
technique.

• 3. Hammock Technique

• This technique is one of my favorites

because I like hammocks very much. You
have to think yourself lying on a hammock
between two palm trees, feeling the wind.
Repeating this until you feel the vibrations
will allow you to leave your body.
Astral Projection Techniques
• Astral Projection is an incredible experience and
I continue reading about the topic, trying to learn
as much as I can to have better experiences
with new techniques in the future. But I am very
satisfied with the techniques I mention in this
article.
• If you are starting with your out of body
experiences, start with one of these three and
will not regret.
