Please update your web site and get a correct Tel number on there and also make sure your web
site works, I tried to report a problem with Toyota and you cant even get beyond the first page of
your web site!!! This is unacceptable behavior for a national organization such as yours... so here
is what im trying t o report

oct 12, 2009 a 2002 toyotahighlander accelerated out ofcontrol andkilled my 56 yr old husband, father of 4, in peterborough
nh, nothing was determined as to the cause of the accident, he was going at a high rate of speed over 85mph when he hit
my husband after crossing center line. he was a 63 yr old harvard professor, with his 61 yr old wife and 94
mother in the car . All 4 died, on a sunny 2 lane stretch ofroad at 1130 am, no alcohol, drugs were involved, autopsies were
performed and nothing was found. My husband was 1 mile from his work. My family is devestated as the other family is as
well. I hear Mr Lahood saying safety is #1 priority, so I would like this accident investigated and the car inspected ASAP to
get some closure and prevent further accidents
