Fact-Check: False Rubio voted for multiple tax increases. [Politifact, 11/25/09]
Fact-Check: Four years ago, Rubio regarded this as a failure, not an accomplishment. He wrote in his book:

Fact-Check: Rubio chaired a committee on eminent domain, but left most of the work to a freshman legislator.
