If the Exerciser requires service, call (847)516-8882 to locate at servicing dealer in your
area.

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
The Generator Exerciser assembly is used to automatically exercise and/or turn on/off the
generator remotely. Once installation is complete, The Generator Exerciser will operate
automatically without any need for user intervention or routine maintenance.

UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLY

If you purchased this device without an enclosure, install this device into a weather proof
location inside your generator.
Every Exerciser is tested thoroughly before it leaves manufacturing.
INSTALLATION

1. For 12VDC installation, make sure your 12VDC is fused at 10A max, 5A min. and is constant
power.
2. Install (+) Positive to terminal L+. Install (-) Negative to terminal M.
3. Run the generator’s two wires from the two wire start to terminal Q1 and Q2.
4. When powered-up, set the date, day and time, then follow the procedure below.

TIMER OPERATION

To set the on/off time and exercise time/day:

1. Press escape for 5 seconds
2. Press okay
3. Press the appropriate arrows to set the
desired time.
4. Press okay
5. Press escape
6. You’re done
