Discuss with your Senator how to compel ENR Chairman Murkowski to call hearings for oil industry CEOs.

Determine whether oil and gas production and refining companies will face insolvency responsibly.

Dedicate at least one of your staff to staying abreast of continued low oil and gas prices.
Decide to initiate frank & transparent investigation of the impact of low oil and gas prices.
Demands for Fiduciary Duty may violate Public Interest and the National Interest.
Devastating results are likely during an endgame that entails only Fiduciary Duty.
Do whatever is necessary to protect Americans from possible devastating impacts.
Doing nothing may put America and all of humanity at risk of economic collapse.
