BOP 8 STORY UNIT WE ARE ONLY ASKING IF THERE IS ANOTHER TOP FLANGE INDICATED BELOW AVAILABLE ON
THE PLANET OR DRAWINGS SHOWING PRECISE MEASUREMENTS THAT WOULD ALLOW IMMEDIATE DUPLICATION IN
A MACHINE SHOP PLUS ATTACHMENT OF RISER, SHUTOFF AND FLANGE TO STOP THIS LEAK IMMEDIATELY ! ALL
PEOPLE CAN RECEIVE THE INFORMATION BY HITTING “REPLY TO ALL” IN THIS EMERGENCY.

Please relay to the CEO of Cameron that you and Mr. Pascale have an SUPER URGENT request for the Deepwater
Horizon BOP top flange measurements and availability ANYWHERE ON THE PLANET of a replacement flange as the one
show below is hard to measure at 5,000 feet deep Gulf Of Mexico. These measurements are needed even for BP to
make a TOP HAT 5 SEALING PROPERLY ON THE FLANGE UNTIL A NEW FLANGE CAN BE BROUGHT IN, 21 INCH RISER
ATTACHED TO SHUTOFF ATTACHED TO FEMALE FLANGE FOR MATING UP WITH RISER FLANGE AND SHUTOFF.
SUPER URGENT !

Object is to obviously attach a NEW FLANGE with 21 inch RISER but the exact BOLT SIZES, UP BOLT TO NUT AND
DOWN BOLT TO NUT PLUS SUPER WASHERS INDICATED MUST BE PROVIDED TO SAVE THE GULF AND STOP THIS
NATIONAL DISASTER IMMEDIATELY.

Critical view is the one below PLUS I remember distinctly seeing multiple PIPES and Riser which does not match the
GE Flotation Pipe.

PLEASE contact the CEO and see if he will authorize release of the BOP UPPER FLANGE measurements in order to help
in stopping this massive 22 Million Barrel Oil Spill in our Gulf which will have an impact all over the Gulf States plus
East Coast unless stopped immediately.

Should you have any Drawings or Video showing where on the flange all lines are going externally those would help
decide just where to put check valves for Hydraulic Oil replenishment and charging to maybe get the BOP to shut
down.

Thank you for your concern for the Gulf spill and ability to relay the message to Cameron CEO Assistant for immediate
review.
TIME IS RUNNING OUT TO SAVE FLORIDA AND THE GULF !

Until I can get, or you can get those exact measurements, think of 36 inches standard flange outer surface and 21 inch riser to 21 inch shutoff to 21 inch female
flange shown on the GE pipe perhaps.

REMEMBER BP used steel pipe riser with four or five independent lines pushed in at each section. ODD…. No Flotation. Just was hoping Brad or You could make
a drawing showing the same connections as the GE FLOTATION RISER at the flange as welding a female flange to the TOP of the riser would work for illustration
replacing the flange.

NOT THE SAME HOLES MATCH FOR THE TOP OF THE RISER FLANGE PICTURED ABOVE….NEED TO GET CAMERON GIVING THE EXACT FLANGE DRAWING.

IT WILL TAKE THE USCG OR WHITEHOUSE CALLING CAMERON TO GET THE DEMINISIONS AND FULL INFORMATION AS THE BOP FLANGE APPEARS
MADE PERHAPS IN CHINA ?????

TAMPA BAY NEXT GREAT OIL TARGET ? THEN THE KEYS AND EAST COAST OF FLORIDA ?

If you can supply DIMENSIONS & ROUGH SCHEMATIC of Ralph's solutions(s) and/or *your solution(s)* Brad....

I can generate drawings, to scale, color coded parts - even animate it in 3D...

if you will just get me a visual sketch w dimens called out.....you'll have it.
