development to increase the hydrogen yield of SiGNa Chemistry powders for hydrogen on-demand
systems that support emergency power requirements, remove energy intensive applications from the
power grid, and power small fuel cells for commercial and military applications. SiGNa's new sodium
silicide derivative powders are air stable, high yielding, and provide high density transport for the
production of clean hydrogen gas. SiGNa will conduct extensive testing verifying expected

project is Cerametec, Inc., located at 2425 South 900 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84119. The funding
would be used for the High Carbon Fly Ash project. This project would allow for the conversion of
currently unusable high-carbon fly ash from coal-fired power plants into a usable product. Goals of
this program include: reduced C02 emissions from coal-fired power plants and C02 produced by
concrete industry; reduction of fly ash disposed at landfills; and use of fly ash by cement producers. I
