NEXMAIL is the right system to package newspapers, catalogs and all kind of publications or documents. NEXMAIL works with
polyethylene single wound film roll (maximum thickness 1.25 mils). The film is inserted in a width adjustable forming head,
which refolds it on itself and form a bag around the product. A longitudinal and a transversal sealing bar make the closing of
the bag.

This Model comes with a 12" seal area up to a 36" seal area.
The machine actually forms the bag around the product using center folded film, as opposed to inserting
the product into a pre-formed bag. This reduces raw material costs by as much as 60%.
For production purposes productivity is dramatically increased, because there is no need for the operator
to open the bag or insert the product into a limited area. The operator merely places the product into the
film. The machine then advances the film into the sealing area. The bag is sealed and cut and the
completed product is ejected.
