MANUAL LIDDING SYSTEM: AL400

Small, versatile and portable, the AL400 can help produce
big profits with minimal investment. Quick and easy, the
AL400seals and trims the film all in one step. Ideal for
smaller-scale operations, the AL400 can seal at a rate of 6
containers per minute. Simply insert different tray holders
to accommodate different trays. An adapter plate is
included with each AL400.

HEAT SEAL AUTOMATIC LIDDING SYSTEM

The Mini Matic III is the perfect compliment in your
commissary for intermediate volume packaging needs.
This machine is a cost-effective alternative to plastic lids or
over wrapping and has interchangeable pockets designed
to accommodate various containers. By simply changing
the container pockets and installing the proper discharge
ramps, you can change over from one tray shape to
another (i.e. portions to platters) in only 15 to 20 minutes.
Additional sets of container pockets and associated
discharge ramps may be purchased as your packaging
requirements change.
