The SprayCart Dual is an improved

version of the traditional Layer
SprayCart.

The technical upgrades for

performance allows it to effectively
deliver vaccines to all types of cage
systems regardless of dimensions
and frame types.

 Each spraying mast has a separate flow control
that allows the operator an option to use one or
two masts.
The powerful 12 volt Diaphragm Pump and larger
diameter vaccine tubing of the mast help to
disperse the vaccine evenly to each nozzle. The
diaphragm membranes can be replaced to help
extend the life of the pump.

The folding masts improve the ability to easily
maneuver the SprayCart in confined spaces.
A simple change in nozzles will allow the operator
to adapt to the different cage dimensions and frame
types. The blue and orange nozzles are used to
spray layers housed in traditional layer cages. The
green nozzle core with a hollow black cone tip is
used to spray broilers housed in bigger size cages.
