1. Irrevocably accept the abovementioned transaction schedule and hereby give my/our sole mandate to the credit agent (iDebt Assist) to
proceed with the final approval of the transaction schedule.
2. promise and undertake to pay and authorize the financial institution and/or attorneys to pay the bond registration attorneys and the credit
agent (IDebt Assist) respectively the bond registration cots, the administration fee if I/we bridge any monies inclusive the section 163(3)(b) payment, the
section 163(3)(b) payment and interest thereon if the credit agent (IDebt Assist) bridge their fee, as set out in the abovementioned transaction
schedule. The section 163(3)(b) payment is only payable when the bond is finally approved and/or in the event of withdrawal by Applicant after final
approval.
3. For applying and submitting a loan on your behalf IDebt Assist receives a fee of 1.65% on a loan greater than (one hundred thousand rand)
excluding a switch from another financial institution for each successful application
4. Hereby binds myself/ourselves as surety(ies) and co-principal debtor(s) in favour of the bond registering attorneys and the credit agent
(IDebt Assist) for the due fulfilment in each and every obligation in terms of this agreement.
5. acknowledges that no postponement or concession which the registering attorneys or the credit agent(IDebt Assist) may grant to
myself/ourselves in respect of its obligations in terms of this agreements, shall in any way effect the credit agents (IDebt Assist) rights against me/us.
6. further guarantee the correctness of the information supplied herewith and indemnifies the credit agent (IDebt Assist) against any and all
claims whatsoever that might arise out of the incorrectness of any wrong and false information supplied by myself / ourselves .
7. This agreement
a. Constitutes the whole agreement between the parties and no addition to or amendment of the terms thereof shall be of any force
or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by or on behalf of all the parties hereto.
b. Replaces all negotiations, discussions, representations and communications between the parties, which precede its conclusion
and hereby confirm that this agreement was explained to me/us
8. For purposes of identification or any action which may be instituted by one of the parties against the other, and for the purpose of the
delivery of notices by one party to another in terms of or a result of this agreement, the parties hereby choose the following address as their domicilium
