2. Approvalof the competentauthorityis herebyconveyedto conductSRDfor

fillingup backlogvacanciesreserued for SCs,STs,OBCand Persons with Disabilities
(PWD)in the cadreof TTAunderDirectRecruitment quotain a time boundmanner,
The numberof backlogvacancies, as reportedby the circles,are givenin Annexure.
The backlogvacancypositionare on the basisof informationfurnishedby the Circles
w.r.t. to the SCTCell'sletter No. 45-L12O0B-SCT dated 24.L2.2008.In casethe
vacancies havedecreased on accountof ongoingrecruitmentprocess,SRDmay be
conducted againstsuchdecreased vacancies anda priorintimationto this effectmay
be sent to SCTBranch& Pers-IIISectionof the BSNLC.O. beforenotifyingthe
examination.

3. The Examination
for said SRDsshallbe conductedin accordance with the
provisionsof RecruitmentRule -2001 of TTAs circulatedvide letter No. 250-
4L12001-Pers.IIIdated27,7.2001 and subsequentamendments in RRsmadevide
letterNo,250-4I12001-Pers.
III dated5.11.2001 and letterNo.250-L7PA}B-Pers.III
dated22.8.2008.The termsandconditions viz.Educationalqualification,
Scheme &
Syllabusfor competitiveexamination & minimumqualifyingstandardsetc. will
remainthe sameas was adoptedfor TTA DirectRecttExamination 2008 conducted
in the year2009. However, the Waitinglistshallremainvalidfor 6 months,as the
process
of sRDhasto becompleted
withinsixmonths.

4. In the cadreof TTA,the Persons

with Disability

affectedbut not arms)

5. It hasbeendecidedwiththe approval
of competent
authoritythat:-
a) TA beingSSAcadre,the respective circleis authorised
to conduct
examcentrally
on behalfof allSSAswithinthe circle,however/
necessaryprecautions
maybe takento maintain the SSAwiseselection
process.

b) All Recruiting
circleswill issuethe adveftisements
separately.
c) Respective
Recruiting
circlewill prepareanddeclarethe results.
d) TheSSA-wise distribution
of vacancies
shallbe doneby the respective
Recruiting
Circleaftertakingintoaccountthe demands of Non-
recruiting
circleslikeprojects,
MaintenanceRegionsetc
6. TheCorporate
officemaybe keptinformed
aboutthe numberof candidates
who
join asTTAthroughSRD.A copyof whichmayalsobe endorsedto SCT-Cell,
BSNLCO.
7. The concernedHeadsof Circlesare requestedto initiatethe processof
conducting
SRDfor SCs,STs,OBCsandPersons (PWD)immediately.
