Confession – Healing

Speak this out of your

mouth. Sow this in your heart and build it into
your walk.
Surely Jesus has borne my sickness and carried my pains, He was esteemed
stricken and smitten of God and afflicted. He was wounded for my transgressions;
He was bruised for my iniquities. The chastisement of my peace was upon Him and
with His stripes, I AM healed. [Is 53:4 & 5]

Jesus paid the price for my healing. He bought my healing on the Cross. I will not
allow my healing to be stolen from Him.

Who His own self bare my sins in His own body on the tree, that I being dead to sin
should live unto righteousness, and by whose stripes I was healed. [1 Pet 2:24]

Thank you Jesus. You redeemed me from the curse of the law, because it is written,
“Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law being made a curse for me, for it,
It was written, cursed is everyone that hangs on a tree.” [Gal 3:13]

“For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself
strong on behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him.” Father, look no further.
[2 Chron 16:9]

“Bless the Lord O my soul, forget not all His benefits. Who forgives all thine
iniquities, who heals all thy diseases.” [Ps 103:2-3]
“He sent His Word and healed them and delivered them from all their destructions.”
[Ps 107:20]

“So shall My Word be that goes forth out of My mouth, it shall not return to Me void, it
will accomplish that which I please and it shall prosper in the thing wherein to I sent
it.” [Is 55:11]

“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power, who
went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed of the devil, for God was
with Him.” [Acts 10:38]

“Jesus Christ the same, yesterday, today, and forever.” [Heb 13:8]

“Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health even as your
soul prospers.”[3 John 2]

“Verily I say unto you, whosoever shall say to this mountain, be thou removed and
be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those
things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith.
Therefore I say unto you, what things whatsoever you desire, when you pray, believe
that you receive them and you shall have them.”[Mark 11:23-24]

Thank you Jesus, according to Romans 8:11, the same Spirit that raised You from
the dead is dwelling within me now to quicken (make alive) my mortal body by the
Holy Spirit that dwells within me. I believe that you are quickening me now.

I thank you Jesus, I loose the resurrection and healing power working within me now,
rebuilding, repairing, and restoring any damage that was done. I loose the
resurrection and healing power of the Holy Spirit upon my mind, my emotions, and
my body in the name of Jesus.

(Speak out your specific problem in conjunction with this confession, claiming
healing and deliverance.)

Thank you Jesus, that according to Mark 16:18, hands have been laid on me and I
believe that I have received healing power and I am now recovering. I am in my
recovery period, being rebuilt, repaired, and restored to health.

I thank you Jesus, that according to Psalm 118:17, I shall not die but live, and
declare Your works O Lord. The spirit of death cannot have any way in me. (List any
areas you need to stand against)
Meditations & Confessions for
Health and Healing – by John
Osteen

By Rev. John Osteen (Father of Joel Osteen,

and Founder of Lakewood Church)

I fear the Lord and I prolong my days. I keep my heart with all diligence for out of it
flows the issues of life. (Prov. 4:23; 10:27)

My desire is only of the Lord and it is a tree of life. I fear the Lord and He is my
fountain of life. I have a sound heart and it is the life of my flesh. (Prov. 13:12; Prov.
14:27, 30)

I have a merry heart and it does good like a medicine. My belly is satisfied by the
fruit of my mouth, and with the increase of my lips I am filled. Death and life are in
the power of my tongue. I speak the life-giving words of God and I receive life and
health in my body. (Prov. 17:22; Prov. 18:20-21)

Jesus Christ has borne my sicknesses and carried my pain. He was stricken, smitten
of God and afflicted for me. He was wounded for my transgressions and He was
bruised for my guilt and iniquities. The chastisement needed to obtain peace and
well-being for me was upon Him, and with the stripes that wounded Him, I am healed
and made whole. I now have perfect health in my body. (Isa. 53:4-5; 1 Peter 2:24)

The will of God is done on earth as it is done in heaven. There is no sickness in

heaven; therefore, I am not sick at all on the earth. Jesus was never sick on this
earth. Jesus is in me and His life flows in me. As He was in the world so am I in this
world. I am healthy as Jesus was healthy upon this earth. (Matt. 6:10; Gal. 2:20; 1
John 4:17)

Jesus destroyed the works of the devil, which were diseases, sicknesses, and bodily
infirmities; therefore, all the works of the devil upon my body are destroyed and I
have perfect health in Jesus Christ. (Matt. 8:17; 1 John 3:8; Acts 10:38)

I am justified by my words. I have the faith of Jesus Christ in me, for Jesus is in me,
and He is the Author and Finisher of my faith. I speak unto the mountains of sickness
and disease and they obey my words and leave. I have authority and power over all
disease and sickness; I command them to leave and they obey my words. I lay my
hands on the sick and they recover. (Matt. 12:37; Heb. 12:2; Mark 11:23; Matt.
10:1; Mark 16:18)

I believe in God and all His promises, and all things are possible unto me. All the
promises of God are Yes unto me for Christ has paid the price for all of them. (Mark
9:23; 2 Cor. 1:20)

I believe that all those things I say shall come to pass. All things which I desire, when
I pray, I believe that I have received them and I have them. (Mark 11:23-24)

Whatsoever I ask in the Name of Jesus, Jesus himself does it that the Father may be
glorified in the Son. When I ask for anything in the Name of Jesus, Jesus says He
will do it. (John 14:13-14)

The Father loves Jesus Christ and gives Him all that He asks. The Father loves me
as much as He loves Jesus and gives me everything that I ask. (John 16:23-
27; 17:23)

All authority in heaven and earth is given unto Jesus Christ. I have faith in the power
and authority of the Name of Jesus Christ and through His Name I am made
perfectly whole. (Matt. 28:18; Acts 3:16)

The Spirit of God who raised up Jesus Christ from the dead dwells in me, and He
who raised up Jesus Christ from the dead, also quickens and gives life to my mortal
body through His Spirit who now dwells in me. (Rom. 8:11)

I confess with my mouth the Lord Jesus Christ and believe in my heart that God has
raised Him from the dead and I am healed. For with my heart I believe unto
righteousness and with my mouth confession is made unto healing and health. (Rom
10:9,10; Mark 5:23; Acts 14:9)
My health springs forth and the glory of the Lord is revealed in me. The Lord brings
me health and cure, and reveals unto me the abundance of peace and truth. (Isa.
58:8; John 17:22; Jer. 33:6)

I sow to the Spirit and reap of the Spirit life everlasting. I sow words of health and
healing every day and daily reap health in my physical body. (Gal. 6:8-9)

Jesus has destroyed Satan and spoiled all his principalities and powers, and they no
longer have any power in me. In the Name of Jesus, I have power over them and
over all their works of sickness and disease. (Heb. 2:14; Col. 2:14-15; Mark 16:17-
18)

The word is near me, even in my heart and in my mouth; that is the word of faith
which I speak. (Rom. 10:8)

It is the will of God that I should prosper and be in perfect health even as my soul
prospers. (3 John 2)

My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and all the fullness of God dwells in me. I
glorify God in my body and in my spirit which are His. (1 Cor 6:19-20; Eph. 3:19).
Confession – Prosperity

Sow these scriptures on God’s prosperity

in your heart and build them into your walk. Speak them out of your mouth until they
feel real to you.

I confess boldly that it is Your will that I prosper. It says in Your Word that You
delight Yourself in the prosperity of Your servant. [Ps 35:27]

You said in Your Word that You pray above all things that I prosper and be in good
health even as my soul prospers. I believe that Jesus Christ, who was rich, was
made poor for me that I through His poverty may be made rich. [2 Cor 8:9, 3 Jn 2]

Lord, I meditate upon Your Word. I delight in Your Word and I am like a tree planted
by the rivers of water. My leaf does not fade. I bring forth fruit in it’s season.

I am being a blessing to people today. [Ps 1] I am winning souls today. I am

encouraging people today. My leaf does not wither. My life is full of strength. God’s
strength.

I boldly declare that I prosper. I am not defeated, but I am prospering and victorious.

I am prospering in my mind, in my body, in my spirit, and in my finances.

I am prospering in my marriage (my relationships, both past and present), and in

every area of my life. Whatever I do prospers.
I have given and it is given unto me, good measure, pressed down, shaken together,
and running over. I have an abundant supply. [Luke 6:38]

My God does supply all of my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
[Phil 4:19]

The floodgates of heaven are opened over me and I am receiving a blessing that I
cannot contain. [Mal 3:10]

I confess that I walk in God’s favor today in all my business dealings and with

Confession – Praying for Your
Children
Speak this out of your mouth. Sow this in your
heart and believe this in your heart.
Father I confess Your Word over my children. I confess that my children are taught
of the Lord and great is their peace and undisturbed composure. [Is 54:13]

My children grow in wisdom and stature and have favor with God and man. [Luke
2:52]

I have trained up my children in the way they should go, and when they are old they
will not turn from it. [Proverbs 22:6]

Your angels keep charge over my children to accompany and defend them and
preserve them in all their ways. [Ps 91:2]

You Lord are their refuge and fortress. You are their glory and the triumph of their
heads. [Ps 91]

I confess that my children delight themselves in the Lord and You give them the
desires of their heart. [Ps 37:4]

and value as precious their parents, for this is the first command with promise, that it
may be well with my children and they may live long on the earth. [Eph 6:2]

My children choose life and love you Lord and obey Your voice and cling to You; for
You are their life and the length of their days.

I plead the blood of the Lord Jesus on my children, my (future) grandchildren, and all
those You have given me in this life.
Confession – Walking In Victory
Speak this out of your mouth. Sow this in your
heart and build it into your walk.
Whatever is born of God overcomes the world. I am born of God and I overcome the
world. This is the victory that overcomes the world, even my faith. [1 John 5:4]

I want to thank You God that You always cause me to triumph in Christ. [2 Cor 2:14]

And I want to thank You God for giving me the victory through my Lord Jesus Christ.
[1 Cor 15:57]

I thank You Jesus that You are my Savior, that You are my baptizer in the Holy
Spirit, that you are my Healer, that you are my Deliverer, and the Provider for all my
needs.

I thank You Jesus that I am free, no longer in bondage or slavery to anything or

anyone. I am no longer a victim, but a victor!

Thank You Jesus that according to John 8:36, I AM FREE! And whom the Son sets
free is FREE INDEED!

I am not stuck in my life but I am growing and moving and changing. I am free to
grow in God. I am growing in Him everyday.

Thank You Jesus that I am free from the following:

I am free from all generational curses, known and unknown.

I am free from witchcraft, psychic powers, and soul ties.
I am free from fears, anxiety, stress, and worry.
I am free from all mental and emotional bondages, such as, depression, oppression,
grief, guilt, and broken heartedness.
I am free from all unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, hatred, self-unforgiveness,
God unforgiveness, and unforgiveness for those living or dead.
I am free from all fatigue, tiredness, insomnia, and weariness.
I am free from all addictions (food, substance abuse) and destructive habits.
I am free from all sexual problems and impurities. I keep my mind pure.
I am free from all spirits of infirmity, sickness, and disease.
I am free from spirits of death and suicide.
I am free from all poverty, lack and debt. I loose prosperity, and all my bills are paid
in Jesus’ name.
I am free from all strongholds and bondages in my life
I am an overcomer in every area of my life. [Rev 12:11] I am more than a conqueror
through Jesus Christ. [Romans 8:37] I boldly declare that I am free!

Whom the Son sets free is free indeed! [John 8:36]

Confession – Change Your Life

Speak this out of

your mouth. Sow this into your heart and build it
into your walk.
Father, I thank you for giving me a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge
of You. I thank you for opening the eyes of my understanding, that I might know the
hope and plan of Your calling in my life, the riches of Your glory of Your inheritance
in the saints, and the exceeding greatness of Your power to me who believes. [Eph
1:18-19]

For this reason, I bow my knees before the Father from Whom the whole family in
heaven and earth is named. I pray that according to the riches of Your glory I might
be strengthened with power through Your Spirit in my inner man. I pray that Christ
may dwell in my heart through faith. And that being rooted and grounded in love I
may be able to comprehend with all the saints, the breadth, length, depth, and height
of the love of Christ. And I will know by experience the love that surpasses all
understanding, that I may be filled with all the very fullness of God. [Eph 3:16-19]

Father, I pray that I would be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and
spiritual understanding, and that I would walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing,
being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. That I
would be strengthened with all might, according to Your glorious power, unto all
patience and longsuffering, with joyfulness. [Col 1:9-11]
I know Him, the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being
conformed unto His death. That by any means I may obtain to the resurrection of the
dead, not that I have already obtained or am already perfect, but I press on that I
may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has laid hold of me. I do not count myself
to have apprehended but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind
and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the
prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. [Phil 3:10]
I Am Filled With the Fullness of God

Say this boldly to yourself as much

as you can every day for 10 days:

I am filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding
and I walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing being fruitful in every good work and
increasing in the knowledge of God. I am strengthened with all might according to
His glorious power unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness, and I give
thanks to the Father, who has made me able to be a partaker of the inheritance of
the saints in light. He has delivered me from the power of darkness and He has
translated me into the kingdom of His dear Son, in whom I have redemption through
His blood, even the forgiveness of sins (Colossians 1:9-14).

I am filled with the fullness of God because I know the love of Christ that passes all
knowledge (Ephesians 3:19).

The eyes of my understanding are enlightened and I know what is the hope of His
plan and calling for my life and the richness of His inheritance in me, and I know
what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward me when I believe, according
to the working of His mighty power which He wrought in Christ when He raised Him
from the dead and set Him at His own right hand in the Heavenly places, far above
all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named
both in this age and in the next (Ephesians 1:18-21).

Don’t stop speaking it until it comes out of your pores. Do not worry if you do not
‘feel’ anything. The word of God is not emotional but spiritual. After a few days, you
will sense a change in your heart. This is where the Spirit of God always starts to
work. Keep going. What is happening there is massive. This new life is better than
you think but you have to ‘put on’ your new God-self. Speak it to yourself over and
over for 10 days and let God change you.

Yandian
by Bob Yandian Ministries – Used by

1.) Colossians 1:13 – Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath
translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son.

Confession: I walk in your Godly Kingdom today, for Jesus has destroyed Satan’s
kingdom in my life. Satan, I command you to stop your maneuvers in my life. I bind
you and cast you out

2.) 2 Corinthians 2:14 -Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph
in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

Confession: I walk in total triumph in every situation, for Jesus has destroyed failure
in my life. I am an overcomer and can do all things through Christ. I have the victory
and the victory has me! I am a victor and a king! (Phil. 4:13; I John 5:4)

3.) Ephesians 2:6 – And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in
heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

Confession: I reign from my heavenly throne-room position, for Jesus has destroyed
an inferior position in my life. I rule and reign with Jesus today. Greater is He that is
in me, than he that is in the world. Father, you are Lord of heaven and earth, and we
go out and possess the land today. Satan’s doors are closed, and many doors are
open for me to speak Your Word boldly. (I John 4:4; Luke 10:21; Josh. 1)

4.) II Timothy 1:7 – For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of
love, and of a sound mind.

Confession: I walk in soundness of mind and divine direction, for Jesus has
destroyed confusion in my life. I identify with Christ’s mind. I have the mind of Christ.
I will not listen to the voice of doubt and discouragement. (I Cor. 2:16; John
10:5; Josh.1)
5.) I Peter 2:24 – Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that
we, beingdead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were
healed.

Confession: I walk in divine health, for Jesus has conquered sickness in my life. I
walk in divine health and divine life, because I have the divine nature. Jesus took all
my sickness upon His body, and by suffering, I am healed. Divine health pulsates
through every cell of my body everyday. Sickness and disease can not, and will not
latch itself to my body. (II Peter 1:4; Matt. 8:17)

6.) Philippians 4:19 – But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches
in glory by Christ Jesus.

Confession: I walk in financial abundance . God supplies all of my needs – not half of
them – ALL of them. Satan, take your hands off of my finances. Finances, I
command you to be loosed from the world system, and placed at my account today,
so I can do the work of the Lord.

7.) Luke 4:18 – The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He hath anointed me to
preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach
deliverance to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them
that are bruised.

Confession: Father, your anointing is on me today. It breaks yokes off the

oppressed, causes blind eyes to see, deaf ears to hear, hearts to open and
understand. It causes the sick to be healed, needs to be met, and it draws full
attention to Your Word. Father, Your Word is alive in me today! Revelation
knowledge flows out of me every day. I operate in the gifts of the Spirit as the Spirit
wills today. (Isaiah 61; I Cor. 12)

8.) Psalm 91:7 – A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand;
but it shall not come nigh thee.

Confession: I walk in safety and supernatural protection today. Even though a

thousand fall at my side and ten thousand at my right hand, it shall not come near
me. No weapon that the enemy forms against me today shall prosper. Nothing shall
by any means hurt me today. (Isaiah 54:17; Luke 10:19)

9.) I Peter 5:7 – Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you.

Confession: I walk in faith today, for Jesus has taken away fear and doubt in my life.
Fear will not rule me – Faith Will! Whatever is not of faith is sin, so I speak words of
life. Today, I cast all my cares on Christ today. I will go throughout my day worry
free. I choose to meditate on the promises, and not the problem. As I cast my cares
on Christ today I will magnify God’s Word in all that I do.

10.) John 6:63 – It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words
that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

Confession: I will speak life today for Jesus has destroyed a murmuring and
complaining tongue in my life. My tongue will speak forth words of life today. My
words will produce spiritual life in the hearts of men and women.

been translated into the kingdom of God’s dear Son. [Col 1:13]

and without blame before Him in love. [Eph 1:3&4]

Confession – My Church

Taken from Christ’s admonitions to the

seven churches – Revelation 2:1 – 3:22

Ephesus – Our Church is a strong group of overcoming believers. We do not

tolerate evil among us, and we stand firm against the spirit of our age. Lord, we hate
what you hate, and we have the spiritual discernment concerning those in whom we
associate.

We are not weary. We still love you like at the first, and we are still doing the things
we did at the beginning. We monitor the condition of our hearts, and we are quick to
repent and change our behavior. As overcomers, we will eat of the tree of life that is
planted in the Paradise of God. Our hearts are open to what the Spirit is saying to
us.

Smyrna – We continue to say only what your word says about us. We will not be
intimidated by, nor will we repeat, the slander and lies of the world. We are not afraid
of persecution or suffering, and we are steadfast under all conditions. When we are
tested, we will prove faithful and true. As overcomers, we will wear the victor’s
crown. We will not be harmed by the second death. Our hearts are open to what the
Spirit is saying to us.
Pergamum – Lord, we hold fast to your name. We will not deny the faith, even if
some of our members are murdered before us. We stand firm upon the teachings of
your word, and will not allow false teachers in our midst. We are not enticed by sin
for we are only attracted to beliefs that are holy, moral, and true. As overcomers, we
will taste of your hidden manna. Each of us will receive a white stone and a name
that no one else will know. Our hearts are open to what the Spirit is saying to us.

Thyatira – We are faithful, and we are submitted to you alone. We will not be
seduced into adulterous behavior by wrong teaching or thinking. We take into
account the judgment upon those who do not repent, and we will not follow them.
Lord, we know that you are the one who searches hearts and minds. We also know
that you reward each according to their works. We will be overcomers because we
will maintain our good works unto the end. As such, we shall receive the star of the
morning and rule the nations. Our hearts are open to what the Spirit is saying to us.

Sardis – We are not dead or asleep, but alive and alert. We remember what we
have heard, and we will complete it. We know that you will come like a thief in the
night, looking for those who are faithful and worthy. We will be found worthy, and we
will walk with you in white clothes. As overcomers, our names will remain in the book
of life, and we will hear our names confessed before the Father and His angels. Our
hearts are open to what the Spirit is saying to us.

Philadelphia – Lord, we keep your word and will not deny your name. Because of
this, there is an open door forever before us. No one can shut this door. Because we
have obeyed your word, you will keep us safe from the world’s hour of testing. We
hold fast to what we have, and we will not allow anyone to take our crown. As
overcomers, we will become pillars in the temple of God. We will have written on us
the name of God, the name of the city of God, the New Jerusalem, and your new
name. Our hearts are open to what the Spirit is saying to us.

Laodicea – We are not lukewarm. Our lives, our hearts, and our deeds are hot for
you. We buy from you gold refined in the fire so that we may be rich. We have white
clothes to cover our nakedness, and we receive eye salve that we may truly see. We
know you correct and discipline everyone you love. We take your commands
seriously, and we are quick to repent. Lord Jesus, we hear you calling; come into our
life and church. We desire to dine with you. As overcomers, we will sit down with you
on your throne. Our hearts are open to what the Spirit is saying to us.
Confession – Walking In Love
Speak this out of your mouth. Sow this in your
heart and build it into your walk.

I am born of God. [1 John 5:1] I am a

child of God. [John 1:12]

The love of God is shed abroad in my heart by the Holy Ghost. [Rom 5:5]

I walk in the light as He is in the light. [1 John 1:7]

I walk in love as He walks in love. [1 John 4:7]

I am rooted and grounded in love. [Eph 3:17]

I speak the truth in love. [Eph 4:15]

I endure long and I am patient and kind.

I am never envious, nor do I boil over with jealousy.

I am not boastful, nor do I display myself haughtily, or in an arrogant way. I am

not inflated with pride.
I am not rude or unmannerly.

I am not self-seeking or insisting on my own rights or way.

I am not touchy, fretful, or resentful.

I take no account of the evil done to me, and I pay no attention to a suffered
wrong.

I do not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but I rejoice when

righteousness and truth prevail.

I bear up under anything. I have love’s strength. I have love’s power.

I am ready to believe the best of every person. My faith is not in them but in
God’s love.

My hopes are fadeless under all circumstances and I endure everything

without weakening.

I never fail, become obsolete, or come to an end. [1 Cor 13:4-7]
