2. eProcurement agreement dated 07-04-2005.
3. G.O.Ms.No.13 of IT&C department dated 05-07-2006.
4. Minutes of the Steering committee meeting dated 11-09-2009.
5. Agreement with M/s Vayam Technologies on 2-6-2010.

ORDER:

1. The steering committee meeting held on 11-09-2009 has decided to

call fresh tenders for the O&M of the procurement system before
expiry of the existing contract. As decided by the steering committee
IT&C dept. has finalized the new service provider though open
competitive bidding process and awarded the contract to the M/s.
Vayam Technologies w.e.f. 1-8-2010.

2. The contract with C1 India is going to expire by 31-7-2010 and the

new service provider shall be in place from 1-8-2010 for the O&M of
the eprocurement system.

3. The Government after careful examination hereby issued orders:

i. APTS shall take over all the Hardware and software related to
eprocurement system from C1 India for further handing over to
M/s Vayam Technologies for the O&M operations.
ii. All the bidders/suppliers will pay the transaction fee @ 0.03% of
ECV with the existing caps in favor of APTS including service tax
w.e.f.01-08-2010.
iii. All the user departments/PSUs & local bodies shall enter into the
service level agreement with M/s Vayam technologies w.e.f 1-8-
2010.
iv. APTS will pay the O&M charges to the M/s Vayam Technologies
on monthly basis after proper approvals from the IT&C dept.

4. This order come into force from 01-08-2010 and is applicable to all
departments/PSUs/Local Bodies using the eProcurement platform.
