I This supplementary MOD made on 13th August 2010 between Bharat Sanchar

Nigam Limited (hereinafter referred to as "BSNL"), which expression shall unless

Iexcluded by or repugnant to the context be deemed to include its successors and
assignees of the ONE PART, having its Registered and Corporate office at 3rd Floor,
IBharat Sanchas Bhawan, Harish Chander Mathur· Lane, New Delhi - 110 001 and Canma
~.having its registered and Corporate Office at 112, J.C.Road, aangalore (hereinafter
I referred as "The Bank") which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the
context be deemed to include its successors and assignees of the OTHER PART.

That the BSNL and the Bank had entered into an MOD dated 4th June, 2009 for
Iproviding a loan package for·staff of BSNL on All India basis as per terms and conditions
as contained in the above referred agreement which was valid upto 30.04.2010, which
Iwas extended upto 30.06.2010.
Whereas above-mentioned MOD is hereby further extended upto 30th September
2010 on the following rates of interest :
