 Flat seborrheic keratosis of clonal type shows
acanthosis and intraepithelial nests of basaloid or
pale cells.
 However, papillomatosis and hyperkeratosis is
not prominent.
 This variant should not be confused histologically
with melanocytic lesion, such as nevus or
melanoma.
