Participation-We Need YOU!
The Harrington Grove Board would like to invite > Annual BBQ
you to attend our monthly meetings as well as
our annual October meeting. We could use your > Annual HOA Meeting
feedback and suggestions to help Harrington
Grove continue to grow.

To recap this year’s major capital expenses/

improvements, the board has:

• Installed new vinyl fence to reduce maintenance costs and improve/update the
appearance of the old wooden fence.

• Prompted the repaving of many HG roads by NCDOT.

• Repaired several common-area sidewalks.

• Repaired HG owned drainage areas.

• Installed security cameras at the playground.

• Upgraded the pet waste dispenser posts.

• Increased security hours provided by York Security to help deter criminal activity.
Recently, the board implemented a year-long pilot program to see if additional York coverage might be warranted. If we
continue with this extended security coverage, we will need to raise dues $5 per quarter.

We would like your feedback. What are your thoughts on this increased coverage and expense? Please take the quick poll
at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/V626JJD or email us with your thoughts at board@hghoa.com.
