Why you Should Help

Provides a way to give back to the community in a significant and highly visible way
Demonstrates corporate social responsibility in a long-lasting and impactful project
Promotes and faciliatates collaboration within the local craft brew industry
Associates brewery with Habitats brand which is constantly growing and valued at about $3 billion
Drives new customers and traffic to breweries as a result of promoted events and targeted communications
Allows breweries to engage employees and fans with build days which provide teambuilding opportunities
Increases visibility of breweries with media impressions (paid and organic) and signage on site
Strengthens partnerships with breweries distribution partners and vendors

How Others Have Done It

Start with a launch party at a neutral location where all breweries and Habitat can share the vision with the
community and answer questions.
Designate a HTBB brew (Habitap or Hopitat), throw a brew tapping party and donate a percentage of the
proceeds to the home.
Participate in a pub crawl or a cycle and sample. Participants purchase tickets and if they visit __ # of
breweries they win a prize.
Host various fun events benefitting HTBB: brewers dinner/beer pairing event, trivia night, dunk tank, jenga
competition, concert, raffle, etc.
See if your vendors will donate HTBB branded merchandise for raffles/gifts: growlers, pint glasses, shirts, etc.

Who We Are: Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley is dedicated to providing simple, decent, affordable

homes for low-income families in the towns of Longmont, Lyons, Dacono, Frederick, Firestone, Mead, Niwot, and Erie.
Habitat provides a low-no% interest loan to Habitat homeowners who have contributed up to 500 hours of sweat equity
in the building of their home. Through this affordable homeownership process, families are given a hand-up, not a hand-

out, as they transition to a stable environment for generations to come.
