Who
Designers
uUp to 20 samples of your work, including layouts, graphics,
illustrations, cartoons and other examples. Unpublished pieces
also accepted.
Multimedia
uApplicants should have a basic knowledge of Web
publishing and HTML. Experience using graphic design and Web
page creating software.
Reporters, copy editors and editorial writers
uA maximum of 10 published clips. Unpublished pieces
accepted if you haven’t had material published. Clips will not
be returned.
Photographers
uPortfolio of at least one picture story (with contact sheets or
CD) and up to 20 single photos.
uCDs accepted.
uPortfolio returned upon request.

license, automobile insurance and use of a vehicle in
the Louisville area. When interns use their vehicle on
assignments, they will be reimbursed on a per-
mile basis.
u Weekly meetings: Editors, reporters and company
officials hold informal sessions once a week to
acquaint interns with the wide range of information
center operations.
