Kroger Meal Deals – Sept. 12th (Sale for 9/12-9/18) Items in red are currently not on sale but
may have been in previous sales. Blue items indicate a current sale at Publix that began earlier in the week and will end
on either Tuesday or Wednesday depending on your area, so there are only a few days left of the sale.

Meal 1: 4-5 lbs. of whole chicken SAVE ½ of Chicken for Meal # 5


Baked Slow Paprika Wad three pieces of aluminum foil into 3 to 4 inch balls,
Salt and Pepper to taste and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker. Rinse
Cooker Chicken, Instant mashed potatoes the chicken, inside and out, under cold running water. Pat
