FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Jerusalem, Israel, September 25, 2007--In a continuing commitment to

excellence in research and future trend analysis, the Institute of
Terrorism Research and Response (ITRR) launched its inaugural
international internship platform.

Eight interns from across the United States were selected to participate in
the six month research internship which covers various regions and topics
such as: Conflict and Resolution Interpretation, Eco- terrorism, Animal
Rights Activism, the Middle East, the Americas, and the Sub-Sahara
region.

ITRR Co-Directors, Michael Perelman and Aaron Richman, believe an

internship of this caliber not only enhances the overall mission of ITRR,
but adds a unique, yet necessary component to identifying global threats.

"We wanted to develop a program that prepares the learner to think

critically, be creative, and assess global threat situations in a succinct
manner," said ITRR Internship Coordinator Joseph Palmieri. "It is
important that we act as facilitators of learning and part of that
commitment is to design small interactive online classrooms which
promote a sense of engaged learning."

The internship experience allows the learner to conduct work from their
current residence or place of study. Prior to the start of the internship,
selected candidates are invited to attend a one week intensive Executive
Counter Terror Training in Jerusalem. Each online classroom is facilitated
by an instructor with an extensive background in counter-terrorism and
region specific expertise. The learner initially spends the first several
weeks learning about information gathering tactics, best practices of
research, and creating writing briefs to strengthen their critical thinking
and interpretation skills.

"We are growing, and that's exciting," states Co- Director Aaron Richman.
"An international internship offers learners specialized experience that
puts them in prime position for obtaining a successful career."

Founded in 2004, the Institute of Terrorism Research and Response's

Israeli and American experts provide counter-terrorism training,
seminars, and security specialization in dealing with threats such as
Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), suicide bombers, and other forms
of international terror striking both the public and private sector.
