• Sarah Sexy smart caring and a very lovable character.
• Liam is a bad boy but deep in side he is good and he is smart and good at football
Key narrative events
• Joe used to be a successful business man and goes bankrupt because he used to do dirty
deals just to get money. When he goes bankrupt he has a change of heart as he decides
to become a American football coach for troubled youth team.
• As he is taking up a job as a coach he eventually bumps Into a girl named Sarah who is a
nurse at a local hospital, he also helps Liam from being a tramp his whole life because he
has a talent as a wide receiver, so Joe believes that he could be a great asset to the
team. As Joe and Liam help there new team to the championship final, he takes Sarah
out on a date and tells her about his past girlfriend he hit and she immediately gets
scared and tension is suddenly appears between them and she storms out of the
restaurant which they were eating in. As the championship final is about to start Joe
does not come at all so the team lose faith in themselves and are losing. Meanwhile, Joe
goes to Sarah's house and makes it up with her and Joe mange's to come at half time
and raises everyone's confidence and they end up wining the trophy.
• This remake of ‘My Name is Joe’ is targeted at people who like sports and watching
romantic films because it includes both genres and target audience applies to both
teenagers and older.
