Sergeant Pelletier and Officer Shepard looked through the rear windows and observed two bodies on the kitchen floor. Sergeant Pelletier attempted to kick the rear door in to make entry into the residence. Officer Shepard advised Troop E dispatch that there were two bodies on the floor and were going to force entry. Officer Shepard requested medical services to respond to the scene. Forced entry was not able to be made at the rear entrance. Both Sergeant Pelletier and Officer Shepard went to the front door where Sergeant Pelletier forced entry to the residence. Sergeant Pelletier and Officer Shepard located two victims, which appeared to be deceased. Officer Shepard checked both individuals for a pulse, and neither individual had a pulse. Sergeant Pelletier searched the residence for other victims with negative results. Both victims had multiple lacerations. The victims did not have a pulse and were pronounced deceased by medical personnel. Officer Shepard transported Fisher to Troop E in Montville. Fisher agreed to speak with Detectives and was subsequently interviewed in the Troop E interview room on 01/28/2019. Fisher was advised of his rights, which he waived and agreed to talk with Detectives. In his interview, Fisher stated he lives at 26 Morgan Street in Uncasville with Victim #1, white male, and Victim #2, white female. Fisher explained that last night, 01/27/2019, he got into a verbal argument with Victim #1, sometime after dinner and before bed. Fisher stated that he grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed Victim #1 in the chest. Victim #2 then entered and Fisher stated that he stabbed Victim #2. Fisher stated that he cleaned the knife. Fisher stated he went outside and lit a fire and attempted to bum the house down. During Fisher's interview, he stated that he left the gas on in the house. Furthermore, Fisher admitted that after committing the homicides, he attempted to bum the house down. This information was relayed fo Sergeant Ruddy, who was on scene. Sergeant Ruddy went inside and turned of the gas stove. ‘Additionally, Sergeant Ruddy then observed outside the residence and in the rear, a propane tank used for gas grills. The propane tank was attached to the gas line leading into the residence; on top of the propane tank were several burnt and smoldering branches and wood logs. on 01/28/2019 at approximately 1000 hours, Fisher was arrested and charged in violation of C.G.S. 530-54b Murder with Special Circumstances, 632-54a Murder, 632-54 Murder and violation of C.G.S. 53a-49/53a-112 Criminal Attempt to Commit Arson in the Second Degree. Fisher was assigned a cash/surety bond of $1,000,000. He was processed and ultimately transported to Corrigan Correctional Institution. Fisher fs assigned to appear at Nonwich Superior Court, GA 21, 1 Courthouse Square, on 01/29/2019 at 0900 hours. A search and seizure warrant for 26 Morgan Street in Uncasville was issued and executed. Fisher reported two dead bodies at 26 Morgan Street in Montville, cT. two dead bodies, Fisher fo Troop E, Montvile dispatch, and he again stated that he would like to report he had just — _ reported that the bodies were there now, and they were stabbed. When asked if that the event me to find the bodies, Fisher stated that he was there for the ‘event’. Fisher explained occurred a few hours ago. Fisher identified the bodies as his grandparents. Fisher was asked if he was on medications, or if he had been drinking alcohol. Fisher stated that he could go for some medication. The dispatcher informed Fisher that the police were on the way and the call was terminated. Fisher waited for the arrival of police. Fisher was later identified as Marcus Fisher (14/1 8/2000) formerly of Minnesota. Montville Police Officers were dispatched and responded to 26 Morgan Street in Uncasville (Montville), CT. Once on scene, Fisher was seen approaching them from the left side of the outside of the residence as an Officer approached the front door. The Officers had Fisher sit down on the front steps. Fisher stated that the doors were locked and he did not have a key to get inside. Fisher was asked what happened and Fisher stated that his grandparents were dead inside the house. Fisher stated that he had been outside by a bonfire he lit for a few hours. Officer Shepard asked Fisher if he had harmed his grandparents. Fisher stated he did not. Fisher was patted down for weapons. Officer Shepard again asked Fisher if he hurt his grandparents. Fisher looked Officer Weyel in the eyes without answering. Officer Weyel asked Fisher what happened. Fisher stated "I did." Fisher was then detained and was read his rights. Fisher's hands were photographed depicting blood like substance and cuts on his hands. Sergeant Pelletier (Montville Police) arrived on scene, and instructed Officer Weyel to read Fisher his Miranda Rights. Sergeant Pelletier and Officer Shepard attempted to enter the front door which was locked.
