MEANING:
MEANING OF PERFORMANCE:
In general sense performance means the
act of performing or doing something
successfully , using knowledge and
experience increases the level of performance.
DEFNITION:
Performance is defined as-
“The performance is about behavior or
what employees do, not about what employees
produce or outcome of their work”.
